Submit talent retainer and payout details.

Use this page after talent has been selected for an ELM event. This is not an assignment management tool. It sends approved talent payout details to Admin/Finance for retainer, balance, and payout reminder tracking.

Internal Use Only

Submit one event once, then add each talent member below. Each talent card becomes one row in the Contractor Payouts tracker. Final payout approval remains with Peter/Admin.

Event Reference

Event / Proposal Details

Enter the proposal ID exactly as shown in the quote builder or proposal link. Client name and event date are helpful for review, but the backend primarily uses Proposal ID to connect the payout rows to the event.

Add one card for each talent member. Use approved payout amounts only. Retainers and balance reminders will be calculated in the finance tracker.
